IKAT is a bi-annual conference for women leaders working in and for Southeast Asia to connect, learn from one another, and be inspired in their unique leadership journeys.

IKAT is open to all. It is particularly designed for women leaders working in or for Southeast Asia. Participants include professionals from every sector and professional stage. We welcome Harpswell alumnae, friends, and newcomers alike.

IKAT 2026 will be held November 6–8, 2026, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The primary venue is The Factory, a modern hub for entrepreneurs, makers, and creative professionals.

The weekend centers on connection, collaboration, and leadership development, with sessions exploring Women & Gender, Southeast Asia, and Leadership Development. Keynotes, workshops, and breakout sessions are designed to inspire, foster dialogue, and build lasting relationships.

The ASEAN Summit is Harpswell’s annual intensive, five-month leadership incubator for about 35 young women leaders from SEA.
IKAT is a vibrant, ticketed 3-day gathering for over 150 women and allies of all ages and nationalities.

Absolutely. IKAT welcomes both Harpswell alumnae and newcomers, creating a diverse community of women leaders and allies from across the region and beyond.

We have partnered with two local hotels to offer promotional rates for IKAT attendees. Please check your registration confirmation email for booking links and details.

Excursions within Phnom Penh or elsewhere in Cambodia are not included in the program. However, participants are encouraged to explore the city and region independently and to use these moments to forge new friendships and deepen connections within the IKAT community.

Yes! IKAT extends beyond the in-person gathering. Relationships and networks formed during the weekend become incubators for collaborations, mentorship, and ongoing initiatives across Southeast Asia.
