At the heart of IKAT is the intention to weave together women leaders of Southeast Asia through connection and the sharing of collective wisdom. In this spirit, Harpswell is inviting proposals for 25-minute speed sharing and 50-minute breakout sessions throughout the weekend.

Sessions should align with one of the Inner Development Goal subthemes (for example, Acting – Optimism or Thinking – Creativity) and may feature more than one speaker. We encourage proposals that include interactive elements to engage participants.

The deadline to submit a proposal is July 30, 2026. Please note that speakers are required to register for IKAT.
