Storytelling Cohort

At IKAT, we believe that the most profound wisdom doesn't always come from a stage—it comes from the woman leader sitting next to you. The IKAT Storytelling Cohort is a specialized opportunity for women leaders to transform their lived experiences into powerful narratives that inspire, heal, and connect.

Our goal is three-fold:

  1. Skill Mastery: Gain a tangible, transferable leadership skill. Mastering the art of storytelling is professionally invaluable and personally transformative.

  2. Authentic Integration: Infuse the IKAT weekend with vulnerability and inspiration. By sharing real-life stories grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), we move beyond theory into lived truth.

  3. Intimate Community: Beyond the mainstage, you will find a "home" within the larger summit. This smaller cohort is designed to foster deep friendships and a safe space for growth.

Storytelling Cohort Commitment

Group of women seated in a circle participating in a discussion or workshop, with some women smiling and engaging with each other in a room with a blank whiteboard in the background.

Phase 1 (September & October): We will meet for three virtual sessions (1.5–2 hours each) to workshop your narrative and refine your delivery. Eight speakers will be randomly selected to share their stories on the IKAT mainstage - all others will have the opportunity to share their story at an open mic gathering during the weekend.

Phase 2 (Friday, November 6): The cohort will gather for an intensive morning workshop before IKAT launches to polish our voices and build collective confidence.

Phase 3 (IKAT Weekend - November 6-8): The cohort will share their stories with our IKAT community throughout the weekend, infusing authenticity and sparking connection throughout the gathering.
